When I first started writing, I had zero expectations.

I had never written for fun in my life.

I had no idea what I was going to write.

I didn’t know when or how I could monetize

Overtime, you kind of just get the hang of these things…

But for me, becoming a solopreneur was the first time I’ve ever had control over my work style. The complete freedom of where I want to work, who I wanted to work with, and how long I want to work each day.

That’s the real hidden benefit of the creator economy.

To succeed, you must treat yourself like a modern athlete.

When you’re out of ideas, exercise.

When you’re mentally fatigued, meditate.

When you’ve hit writer’s block, hit a set of pushups.

Lebron James cannot shoot basketballs all day. Lionel Messi can’t be working on his craft 24/7.

The same goes for you.

Typing more keys on your computer isn’t going to bring you results to get a stable income online.

Everyone has a different work style and interests, so I thought I’d share my “flow state primer” with you.

It’s a simple notion document to set up your dream week according to the principles laid out in Steven Kotler’s book: “The Art of Impossible”.

If you use the guidelines to fill out the chart, you will recover faster, learn more, stay in flow longer, and gain a bird’s eye view over your inputs. Just make a copy of it and clear all the boxes on the inside to make them your own.
